Tubac Center of the Arts in Tubac, AZ seeks entries for a juried art exhibition, October 2 - November 15, 2020. $1,800 in Awards. Juror: Barbara Rogers. "Raise Your Voice" celebrates the one hundred year anniversary of the 19th amendment and women's right to vote. The goal of the exhibition is to use history as well as current issues related to women's rights through contemporary artwork to inspire viewers to think critically about the right to vote and to encourage participation in our democracy. All media is accepted. Artists are urged to enter work that is innovative in concept and approach, whether representational or abstract. Work must have been completed within the last 24 months. Work that has been previously displayed at TCA is not eligible. All work must be the original creation of the artist and must be for sale. Tubac Center of the Arts receives a 40% commission on sold artwork. Entry fee: $35 - $45. Deadline: August 10, 2020.
