Contemporary Art Projects USA is pleased to announce their new location after 10 years to Downtown/Brickell located at 111 SW 3rd Street in downtown Miami as they continue to strengthen and grow within the art community. The new gallery is situated in the McCormick Building, just a short distance away from Brickell Centre.

According to owner, Tata Fernandez, the move was necessitated due to being part of many impressive galleries in Brickell, such as Bojanini Art Gallery, Avant Gallery and more. Even the hotels are jumping to join the gallery spaces; the SLS Brickell has an extensive art collection featuring international artists, including Markus Linnenbrink and Katja Loher.
“This move is exciting as our new location places us two blocks from the Brickell Center, a wonderful retail business making it very convenient for customers to walk and shop at multiple local stores,” said Andre P. Croteau, Director of Sales and Marketing.

Founded in 2012, Contemporary Art Projects USA/Gallery represents 35+ international and national artists with a Subsidiary for emerging artists called K-Art Projects USA. Their main specialization is Art Fairs under the guide of curator Zammy Migdal, and the growth of the artist’s career.
