Curated by student members of NSU Art Museum’s Teen Art Council In the spirit of environmental awareness and inspired by artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s Surrounded Islands, Biscayne Bay, 1983, this exhibition explores the evolving relationship between humanity and nature.
(un)Natural Selection is a call for change, a platform for young voices to be heard, and an exploration of the role art can play in influencing social and environmental progress.
Guest jurors artists Susan Alvarez, Cici McMonigle, and Zoe Schweiger will select winners of prizes that will be awarded at the opening. |
