The magnificent Oeno Gallery of Prince Edward County east of Toronto
Just east of Toronto, Oeno Gallery has dedicated itself to a contemporary reinterpretation of the English landscape movement. This contemporary gallery is situated amidst pinot noir vines in a burgeoning wine region that Time Magazine declared to be one of the top 50 places in the world to visit. The only Canadian destination to make that list, Prince Edward County is gaining international fame for its stunning landscapes, award-winning wines, and most recently, as a mecca for art lovers.
Designed in 2010 by Oeno Gallery owner Carlyn Moulton and landscape architect Drew McCandlish, this garden is now one of the largest private retail sculpture attractions in North America. Over 40,000 visitors arrive each season — whether by private plane, the helipad next to the garden, by train or by car — to enjoy over 70 outdoor sculptures installed by wild grasses, ponds, butterfly gardens, maples and curved garden beds brimming with purple sage and lavender.

Canine Art, Man's Best Friend, Flying Dogs — Oh My!
Renowned South Florida artist Skip Hartzell creates unique art inspired by man’s best friend. His inspiration comes in the form of a morning walk, accompanied by a furry friend. The canine-inspired artworks that he creates are figments of his artistic imagination and creative vision. Hartzell creates directly from his emotions and instincts, his work is inspired by dogs of all shapes, sizes and varieties.
The artist has held numerous solo exhibitions at notable art galleries and prestigious art fairs such as Art Palm Beach, A.E. Backus Museum, ArtHouse 429, Paul Fisher Gallery, Aqua Art Fair during Art Basel Miami Beach and many more. Skip Hartzell is a longtime supporter of no-kill animal rescues and donates proceeds from the sale of his artworks to animal-rescue, no kill shelters. For sales, commissions, general inquiries or future show information, email: skipperhartzell@yahoo.com / visit www.skiphartzell.com
The artist creates large paintings and works on paper that capture the essence of “dog”. He is best known for his unique sculptures recognized immediately by their distinct form and style that only Hartzell can produce. His painterly expression captures each dog’s own personality with beautiful textures, line and brush strokes using mixed media to bring each dog to life.

“Dogs are always in the moment. Although nothing in life has held my attention longer or has been more fascinating to me than dogs, my work is about much more than that. It is about form, movement, color and texture. The dogs are a recognizable common denominator that allows me to communicate my joy of living, passions and sentiments,” explained Skip Hartzell.

Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami, The only two shows under one roof during Miami Art Week
Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami celebrated a global showcase in contemporary art during Miami Art Week inside Mana Wynwood convention center, December 48, reporting record sales and more than 6,000 guests attending the Opening Night Preview Party. Both shows saw an increase of 5% in attendance over the five days.
To mark commencement of the five-day global kaleidoscope in contemporary art, culture and entertainment, the annual Opening Night Preview Party took place on Wednesday, December 4th, sponsored in association with Jadot and Bulleit Bourbon. Guests experienced the Bulleit 3D Printed Frontier a jaw dropping 3D printed bar designed by the award-winning architecture and inspired by the iconic Bulleit Bourbon label and award-winning whiskey. Guests lined-up for hours for their own 3D printed cocktails and the debut of the new Bulleit Art in a Bottle Collection, with live demonstrations by contemporary artist Elidea, together with urban artist Jason Skeldon. Thousands of the worlds most affluent art dealers, collectors, artists, gallery owners, curators and art enthusiasts attended the opening night extravaganza for Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami to enjoy Louis Jadot Wines and hors d'oeuvres, as well as the hottest sounds, presented this year by San Francisco's DJ Jazzy T.

This years shows saw a far more sophisticated audience, says Eric Smith, president of Redwood Media Group. Through our ongoing and long standing partnerships in the arts, culture and luxury lifestyle industry, we enjoyed a record attendance through the doors over the five days of Miami Art Week. With both shows inside Mana Wynwood convention center for the very first time, the experience overall was raised significantly from an attendee and exhibitor perspective. Our exhibitors across both shows reported excellent sales and a far more qualified clientele of collectors and art enthusiasts. We look forward to our future in presenting an elevated, world class contemporary and fine art experience. Id like to thank all our sponsors, partners and patrons for helping to make our return to Wynwood such a success.
When attendees weren't meeting the exhibiting artists and gallery owners, they were watching Artblend artist Anna Thurber take a chainsaw to a block of frozen flowers to create her next masterpiece and street artist and muralist Cloe Hakakian use a Lamborghini Aventador-S as her canvas outside the main entrance, among other live demonstrations.
