The Frank Gallery in Pembroke Pines presents Art & Yoga for Kids!


 

The Frank C. Ortis Art Gallery invites you to Art & Yoga on Saturday, June 22nd from 11am - 1pm. Led by YogArtKids, this program is designed to provide children a space to develop their self-discovery, self-esteem, balance, and creativity through a guided lesson, meditation, and an art project. Registration is required. PURCHASE TICKETS / RSVP HERE.

Tickets are $5 per child, nonrefundable, ages 4-10.
Parents must accompany kids for entire class. Materials are provided.

The Frank C. Ortis Art Gallery is a two story art gallery named after Pembroke Pines Mayor Frank C. Ortis for his decades-long commitment to the cultural arts. Lovingly known as ‘The Frank,’ this contemporary art gallery showcases multidisciplinary inclusive exhibitions that foster connections, facilitate collaborations and initiate cultural change. The gallery’s exhibition and learning space serves as a site of convergence for artists, performers, thought leaders and community members.

Family Day at The Bass


Enjoy Family Day: Art Deco Design at The Bass on Sunday, July 28th from 2-4pm. A free, monthly IDEAS program created to engage families with children of all ages in activities that encourage conversation, exploration and experimentation through art. Activities include a ‘Design Challenge’, action guides for gallery exploration, along with performances and activations with special guests. Admission is FREE throughout the day to all visitors on Family Days, which takes place on every last Sunday of the month.
